With its numerous spray guns, infra-red scanner, and recycler, this powdercoating line is able to face the improving demand of powdercoating on the North American market according to the strict standards of FGIA | AAMA.

Caracteristics

Description

The powder coating process is a non-polluting method used to cover and protect visible surface areas in the aluminum industry. The paint is composed of a thermoplastic resin and offers a long-term protection against oxidation.

Advantages

The advantages of this process are various: powder coating is eco-friendly, economical and sanitary. The reduced risk of fire can be noticed and the breathing exposure to paint removers is non-existent.

Colour variation

Alumico ensures that anodizing colours will not vary more than 2dE compared to supplied samples by Alumico.

Environment

One of our priorities is to respect of the environment. The powder coating process aims at blocking harmful effects of the liquid paint. It permits many ecological solutions :

2. Total recycling
3. 99% application rate
4. No heavy metals

Warranty

The warranties offered vary depending on the performance level, color, and type of finish.

Cleaning

We recommend cleaning the anodized surface areas with a soft soap and lukewarm water. Avoid acid and alkaline solutions.

Our paint colour range is infinite. It is always possible to develop a special colour to harmonize a colour which already exists in a project if the colour asked for is not part of the standard colours we offer. We work with the biggest paint manufacturers in the world in order to offer diversity of colours and a quality of paint for all our projects.
