Door thickness: 44.5 mm (1 3/4”)
Standard stiles: 50.8 mm (2”)
Standard top rail: 63.5 mm (2 1/2”)
Standard bottom rail: 88.9 mm (3 1/2”)
Structural integrity in four factors:
- Reinforcement plates at the corners
- Extruded anti-torsion guides with mortise joints
- 9.5 mm (3/8”) plated steel tension rods across the full width of the top and bottom rails
- Welds at stile and rail intersections
Supports 25.4 mm (1”) double-sealed units and 6 mm single glass sheets
