Promotion of Jonathan Plamondon to the position of IT Director

The entire Alumico team is delighted to announce the promotion of Jonathan Plamondon to the position of IT Director.

Jonathan began his journey with Alumico through internships and part-time jobs during his software engineering studies at ÉTS, before joining the team full-time in 2020. Since his arrival, his dedication and expertise have been remarkable.

In his role as a programmer, he took on increasing responsibilities, overseeing significant computerization and automation projects in the factory and actively participating in the migration of our accounting system to a new ERP.

Jonathan was instrumental in shaping and evolving our IT department, thanks to his supervisory role over a dozen interns and his support in integrating all new department employees.

We would also like to congratulate Jonathan on passing the admission exam of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec. This achievement reflects his commitment to professional excellence.

Jonathan, with his leadership and vision, envisions a bright future for the department.

We are thrilled to see him lead our IT team and are amazed by his professional growth within our company.
